 WHAT IS COVERED:

• Material Issues
• Workmanship Issues
• Defective Products
• Purchased in US and Canada by an Authorized Retailer

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

• Normal Wear & Tear
• Dents & Scratches
• Fading & Paint Chips
• Accidental Damage (like a dropped product)
• Product Misuse & Improper Care
• Cleaning Related issues

If you experience a material or workmanship issue with your PerfectShaker™ product please contact us and we’ll respond to your inquiry within 1-3 business days.  Please note that we will directly deal with any warranty requests in Europe.  Any International claims will be processed through our North America team or the company that you purchased the product from.  You will need to reach out to these companies directly. If this is not a possibility, we are able to provide a credit for the cost of the product for purchase on our website (pending review of warranty request). We will NOT cover the cost of International shipping, the customer is responsible for International Shipping expenses.

PerfectShaker™ reserves the right to request photographic proof of product defect, and request that the defective product in question be shipped to PerfectShaker™ to verify the defect or to aid in quality control efforts.  We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the Guarantee transferable. PerfectShaker™ will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defect in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We strive to quickly replace defective products with current inventory and sometimes that means a comparable product or color.

PerfectShaker™ MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCT OR THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS THEREOF FOR ANY PURPOSE.  This warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged as a result of improper maintenance, accident, other misuse or acts of God. This warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way. The total liability of PerfectShaker™ for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the PerfectShaker™ product. In no event shall PerfectShaker™ be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
